How it works

Four steps from your goal to your order.

No black boxes. The two steps that do the real work are running live further down this page — change the numbers and watch.

  1. 01

    Tell us the goal

Height, weight, activity, what you avoid. Sixty seconds, once.

  2. 02

    Menus re-rank

AI reads each kitchen's menu into real numbers; every dish is scored against what's left of your day.

  3. 03

    Order knowing

Protein, sodium, calories — and where each number came from. Ask the coach if you're torn.

  4. 04

    Snap to close the loop

Photograph what you actually ate. AI estimates it, you confirm, your day updates.

Step 01 · try it

Your metrics become a daily budget.

The Mifflin–St Jeor equation, the same one dietitians use. Move anything and the targets recompute — this is the real calculation, not a mock-up of one.

Computed with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation — the same clinical formula dietitians use — then adjusted for your goal. This is exactly what Palatify sets as your budget on day one.

Step 02 · try it

Every dish, scored against what's left.

Five sub-scores, weighted by your goal — losing weight leans harder on calorie fit and protein. Pick a real dish and watch it break down.

Why it's needed

Eating out is now the default, and nobody can eyeball it.

0.0%

of U.S. food spending now happens away from home — an all-time high.

Where the AI is, and where it isn't

A model reads menus, photographs and questions — that is the part that needs one. The Fit Score above is not a model: it is the five weighted sub-scores you just watched, which is why a dish can always show why it ranked where it did. Every number carries a source and a ± range, estimates are labelled as estimates, restaurants correct their own menus, and corrections are versioned and public. Sponsored placement never changes a score. The coach does not diagnose or prescribe, and nothing here is medical advice.
